• - All offers & Schemes are valid for only those vehicles that are reporting to Tata Motors authorized workshops between 12th to 21st July 2017 only.
• - Discount/Offer valid only at Tata Motors authorized workshop where the vehicle has reported for the Campaign, Paid service or Running repair and not for PDI, Refurbish, Accident/ Body shop repair.
• - Discount & Offers cannot be clubbed /adjusted with other offer/promotion.
• - Discount/ offer can be availed only till 20th Aug 2017 and cannot be included /redeemed/adjusted against any future/anticipated/current requirements.
• - Offer valid only if Job Cards are opened only during the offer period by authorized Tata Motors Authorized workshop only.
• - Any warranty policy will be applicable as per the manufacturers offer on the product/service. Tata Motors will not be liable for the any warranty provided by other manufacturers.
• - All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals in Mumbai only.
