Scheduled Service is a preventive maintenance tool for ensuring smooth and trouble free running of the vehicle in which consumable items like Engine oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air filter etc are replaced as per replacement schedule recommended by Tata Motors.
Will my vehicle’s schedule service be covered under this AMC? – Scheduled Services are covered under Gold, Silver and Protect Plus type of AMCs.
Coverage of schedule services under Gold, Silver and Protect Plus type of AMCs are based on the AMC combination selected in terms of Period and Kms. For Example if Customer having Zest, Bolt, Tiago, Tigor , Nexon or Harrier models in which Engine oil replacement schedule is at 1 yr / 15000 Kms (whichever is earlier) is buying 2 year / 30000 Kms AMC then he is entitled for 2 oil change schedule services. Similarly if Customer is having Hexa, Sumo Gold or Safari Strome models in which Engine oil replacement schedule is at 1 yr / 20000 Kms (whichever is earlier) is buying 2 year / 40000 Kms AMC then he is entitled for 2 oil change schedule services.
Wear and Tear Parts replacement like Clutch Plate, Brake Pads, Brake Disc, Brake Liners, Wiper Blades etc is covered only under Gold, P2P and Protect Plus plans.
Consumables are covered under Gold, Silver and Protect Plus type of AMCs.
Consumable items like Engine oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air filter, Brake Oil, Power Steering oil (As applicable), Coolant, AC / Alternator Belt (As applicable) etc are covered.
Yes. Labour Charges are covered under this AMC.
No. Previous AMC needs to blocked for buying new AMC.
Yes. Customer can get his / her vehicle serviced under AMC across all TML authorized workshops PAN INDIA.
No. Full payment is required in advance for buying this AMC.
Gold AMC can be purchased within 396 days and before 15500 Kms from Date of sale of vehicle. Promise 2 Protect and Protect Plus AMCs can be purchased within 2 years from Date of sale of vehicle. For Silver AMC there is no restriction in terms of age or kms of vehicle.
If Gold AMC is required for period which is more than OE Warranty period of vehicle then Extended Warranty is required to be purchased separately. For buying Silver, Promise 2 protect and Protect Plus type of AMCs Extended Warranty is not required.
In such case only Silver AMC can be purchased.
AMC offers following benefits: Risk Cover against unforeseen repair expenses, Price Protection. ( due to rising Oil Prices, Parts Prices), Unmatched Value…..Huge Savings of 20 - 30% on maintenance expenses, Higher Resale Value at the time of Car upgrade thru TMA, Cashless repairs as per the scope & coverage, Repairs/maintenance at workshop of customer’s choice – PAN India Validity, Customized options – scope, tenure, km , Saving of GST each time when vehicle is attended under AMC.
Electrical items are covered under Gold AMC if vehicle is under Warranty or extended Warranty. However few items like Bulbs, Fuse, Head Lights, Tail Lights etc are not covered.
In Gold, P2P and Protect Plus Plans Wear and Tear items can be replaced multiple times however customer needs to drive the vehicle properly without clutch riding to get best vehicle performance.
No. GST Customer who wish to take ITC benefit are advised to contact TML authorized Dealers and TASC workshops to avail the AMC.
Gold and Silver AMCs are applicable on all models of Tata Motors. However P2P and Protect Plus AMCs are available only on Tiago, Tigor, Zest, Bolt and Nexon models.
No. Only if there is genuine issue with any particular wear and tear part then it will be replaced under Gold, P2P and Protect Plus plan.
No. Replaced part will not be handed over to customer as same will be kept for further root cause failure analysis.
Yes. AMC can be cancelled only if there is no claim raised by Dealer under that AMC.
Yes. All AMCs can be purchased from a Tata Authorized dealer.
Yes. Customer can call TML 24 x 7 Call Center on Toll Free Number 18002097979 for seeking additional information about AMCs.
Customers are requested to furnish the correct vehicle details while purchasing AMC on line else AMC may get registered on wrong vehicle leading to loss to customer.
Only if vehicle met with an accident leading to major frontal damage and aggregate replacement then Gold , P2P and Protect Plus AMC can not be purchased. However if it’s a minor accident then no such restrictions for buying any AMC.
Customer is not required to pay for parts and labour for any Service / repairs which are under the scope of availed AMC.
Yes. AMC Invoice will be mailed on the E Mail Id provided by customer while purchasing on line AMC.
Yes. AMC will be activated immediately after a successful payment transaction.
Customer can start availing the service under AMC once it gets activated.
