Value Care Silver is a maintenance plan that guarantees savings & protection against inflation & price volatility of lubricants during the running of the Vehicle.

Value Care Silver Plan covers the following:

Scheduled maintenance services at periodic interval of Kms for Labor, Parts & Consumables. Services covered as per Tata Motors recommendation, at interval as indicated in the service schedule to the extent you are liable to pay under Free Services scheme.

  • - Change of Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air Filter & Sedimenter.
  • - Change of Engine Oil, Transmission Oil, Power steering Oil*.
  • - Change of Coolant, Brake Oil & Clutch Fluid*.
  • - General Check up, Wheel Alignment / Balancing.
  • - Washing of Vehicle, Wheel greasing*.

Exclusion :

  • - Charges of wheel balancing with weights.
  • - Charges for gas filled / top-up in AC system.
  • - Charges (Labor + Parts + Consumables) for any repairs not mentioned above, and not covered under schedule maintenance service.
  • - Service on the basis of Month/Year elapsed.

Value Care Gold is a maintenance plan that guarantees protection against unexpected repair cost & Provides substantial savings thru protection against inflation & price volatility of lubricants during the running of the Vehicle.

Value Care Gold Plan covers the following:

1. Scheduled maintenance services at periodic interval of Kms for Labor, Parts & Consumables.

  • - Change of Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air Filter & Sedimenter.
  • - Change of Engine Oil, Transmission Oil, Power steering Oil*.
  • - Change of Coolant, Brake Oil & Clutch Fluid*.
  • - General Check up, Wheel Alignment / Balancing Labour (Excluding Balancing Weight)
  • - Washing of Vehicle, Wheel greasing*.
  • - Top up of Engine Oil, Coolant, Brake oil

2. Repair or Replacement of Wear & Tear Items for Parts & Labour.

  • - Brake Pad, Brake Liner, Wheel Cylinders
  • - Clutch Disc, Clutch Cover, Cables, Mountings.
  • - Change of Coolant, Brake Oil & Clutch Fluid
  • - Suspension Bush, Wiper Blade , Auxiliary Belt & other Wear & Tear Items
  • - Washing of Vehicle, Wheel greasing

Exclusion :

  • - Charges of wheel balancing weights.
  • - Charges for gas filled / top-up in AC system.
  • - Charges (Labor + Parts + Consumables) for any repairs not mentioned above, and not covered under schedule maintenance service, which are neither covered under the Company's warranty nor this program as the case may be.
  • - Service on the basis of Month/Year elapsed.

Coverage:

Value Care - P2P is a maintenance plan that guarantees protection against unexpected wear & tear repairs to provide substantial saving through protection against inflation & price volatility during the running of the vehicle.

Value Care P2P Plan covers the following:

Repair or Replacement of Wear & Tear Items for following Parts & it's Labour

  • - Clutch.
  • - Brake Pad, Brake Liner, Brake Disc.
  • - Wiper, Wheel Cylinders.
  • - Suspension Bushes ,Engine Mountings.
  • - Hoses, Ball Joints.
  • - Auxiliary Belt, (Alternator & A/C Belt), Window Winder.

Exclusion :


  • - Charges ( Labour + Parts) of any repairs not mentioned above ,not covered under Scope of repair, are neither covered under the company's warranty nor this programme as per the case may be
  • - Scheduled Service, Engine & Aggregates, Body Parts, Catalytic Converter, Top Up of oil, coolant, brake fluid, wheel alignment & balancing.

What is a Scheduled service?

Scheduled Service is a preventive maintenance tool for ensuring smooth and trouble free running of the vehicle in which consumable items like Engine oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air filter etc are replaced as per replacement schedule recommended by Tata Motors.

Will my vehicle’s schedule service be covered under this AMC?

Will my vehicle’s schedule service be covered under this AMC? – Scheduled Services are covered under Gold, Silver and Protect Plus type of AMCs.

How many Schedule services will be covered under this AMC?

Coverage of schedule services under Gold, Silver and Protect Plus type of AMCs are based on the AMC combination selected in terms of Period and Kms. For Example if Customer having Zest, Bolt, Tiago, Tigor , Nexon or Harrier models in which Engine oil replacement schedule is at 1 yr / 15000 Kms (whichever is earlier) is buying 2 year / 30000 Kms AMC then he is entitled for 2 oil change schedule services. Similarly if Customer is having Hexa, Sumo Gold or Safari Strome models in which Engine oil replacement schedule is at 1 yr / 20000 Kms (whichever is earlier) is buying 2 year / 40000 Kms AMC then he is entitled for 2 oil change schedule services.

Will any wear and tear parts be covered under this AMC?

Wear and Tear Parts replacement like Clutch Plate, Brake Pads, Brake Disc, Brake Liners, Wiper Blades etc is covered only under Gold, P2P and Protect Plus plans.

Will consumables be covered under this AMC?

Consumables are covered under Gold, Silver and Protect Plus type of AMCs.

What all consumables will be covered under this AMC?

Consumable items like Engine oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air filter, Brake Oil, Power Steering oil (As applicable), Coolant, AC / Alternator Belt (As applicable) etc are covered.

Will Labour charges be covered under this AMC?

Yes. Labour Charges are covered under this AMC.
No. Previous AMC needs to blocked for buying new AMC.

Is my AMC applicable all India?

Yes. Customer can get his / her vehicle serviced under AMC across all TML authorized workshops PAN INDIA.

Can I pay in installments for purchasing this AMC?

No. Full payment is required in advance for buying this AMC.

When can I buy this AMC?

Gold AMC can be purchased within 396 days and before 15500 Kms from Date of sale of vehicle. Promise 2 Protect and Protect Plus AMCs can be purchased within 2 years from Date of sale of vehicle. For Silver AMC there is no restriction in terms of age or kms of vehicle.

Do I need to have an Extended warranty to purchase this AMC?

If Gold AMC is required for period which is more than OE Warranty period of vehicle then Extended Warranty is required to be purchased separately. For buying Silver, Promise 2 protect and Protect Plus type of AMCs Extended Warranty is not required.

My Vehicle is out of Warranty. Can I purchase this AMC?

In such case only Silver AMC can be purchased.

What are the benefits this AMC offers?

AMC offers following benefits: Risk Cover against unforeseen repair expenses, Price Protection. Are electrical items covered under this AMC?

Electrical items are covered under Gold AMC if vehicle is under Warranty or extended Warranty. However few items like Bulbs, Fuse, Head Lights, Tail Lights etc are not covered.

How many times can I get my wear and team times replaced?

In Gold, P2P and Protect Plus Plans Wear and Tear items can be replaced multiple times however customer needs to drive the vehicle properly without clutch riding to get best vehicle performance.

I am a GST customer. Can I take benefit of GST while I have purchased an AMC online?

No. GST Customer who wish to take ITC benefit are advised to contact TML authorized Dealers and TASC workshops to avail the AMC.

Is this AMC applicable for all models of Tata motors?

Gold and Silver AMCs are applicable on all models of Tata Motors. However P2P and Protect Plus AMCs are available only on Tiago, Tigor, Zest, Bolt and Nexon models.

Can I get my wear and tear parts replaced under this AMC even if there is no issue?

No. Only if there is genuine issue with any particular wear and tear part then it will be replaced under Gold, P2P and Protect Plus plan.

Will any replaced part be handed over to me post service?

No. Replaced part will not be handed over to customer as same will be kept for further root cause failure analysis.

Can I cancel an AMC that is purchased online?

Yes. AMC can be cancelled only if there is no claim raised by Dealer under that AMC.

Can I purchase the same AMC from a Tata Authorized dealer?

Yes. All AMCs can be purchased from a Tata Authorized dealer.

What will happen if I provide wrong vehicle information while purchasing an AMC?

Customers are requested to furnish the correct vehicle details while purchasing AMC on line else AMC may get registered on wrong vehicle leading to loss to customer.

My Vehicle met with an accident. Am I still eligible to purchase this AMC?

Only if vehicle met with an accident leading to major frontal damage and aggregate replacement then Gold , P2P and Protect Plus AMC can not be purchased. However if it’s a minor accident then no such restrictions for buying any AMC.

If I purchase this AMC, do I still need to pay extra when I send my vehicle for service/repair?

Customer is not required to pay for parts and labour for any Service / repairs which are under the scope of availed AMC.

Will I get an Invoice once I do an online transaction?

Yes. AMC Invoice will be mailed on the E Mail Id provided by customer while purchasing on line AMC.

Will my AMC be active immediately after a successful payment transaction?

Yes. AMC will be activated immediately after a successful payment transaction.

When can I start availing the service under AMC from date of purchase?

Customer can start availing the service under AMC once it gets activated.
